Our 5CRSE suite is designed as a SOCIAL, OPEN-SEATING EXPERIENCE, allowing guests to mix, mingle and enjoy the concert

from different areas of the suite.

SEATING IS NOT ASSIGNED BY INDIVIDUAL SEAT NUMBER. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the space, connect with one

another and experience the show in the relaxed, social atmosphere that makes 5CRSE unique.

PASS INFORMATION

Concert passes will be distributed APPROXIMATELY 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Once received, guests should add their

passes to their mobile wallet for easy access on event day.CANCELLATIONS & OUR 5CRSE COMMUNITY

ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

If you are unable to attend, you must notify 5CRSE at info@5crse.com AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE CONCERT

DATE. Advance notice gives us the opportunity to fill your spot and extend the experience to another client who may be waiting to

attend.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE CONCERT ARE STRICTLY

NON-REFUNDABLE.

Providing advance notice does not automatically guarantee a refund. Any accommodation or refund consideration is subject to

5CRSE approval and our ability to successfully fill the reservation.
